Agreed 100% with you but yes this same individual is still there at CRI. The company could do much better with fresher HR leadership there. Current HR leadership doesn't have the right qualifications or people skills which are needed for the job. The current HR leadership for CRI is too focused on business results instead of proper people management operations. That would explain all the bad reviews on Google by some of their employees including my daughter who used to work here.
Unfortunately yes he is still there! That man should have been terminated a long time ago for all the unethical stuff he did! During my time working for Community Residences Michael Patrie plotted and schemed with management to set me up for stuff which I didn't even do!! Michael Patrie is the sleaziest and most dishonest HR "professional" on Earth!

Yeah.. that guy is still there. This guy ain't going nowhere. Not as long as senior management got his back a hundred thousand per cent. All the way... Mike Patrie knows where his paycheck comes from. That's why he always serves management. And that's why he is basically there puppet, does whatever management tells him. Never does anything or cares what's best for his company's employees. Facts...
CRI is an awful employer to work for depending on which program you are in. Don't expect any help or assistance from HR though because you won't get any. And to be specific when I met with Mike Patrey who is the current director of HR for this agency he didn't offer any help. Actually he seemed really bored and disinterested with what I had to say and didn't seem like he really wanted to hear anymore. Currently Mike Patrey is still the director of HR here but I don't think he will be leaving the agency for a very long time because of his relationships with upper management.
I worked for Babbitt Rd. And I was discriminated against and instead of removing from the home and letting me transfer they bullied me to where I quit. Never paid me my short term disability. Never ever work for them. Julissa Stephenson was the Program Manager and now I’m trying to get my w-2 and no one is answering me.
