If I could give this place a zero I would. Worst company ever! Do not work here and please, please do not send your loved ones here in need for "services". They have absolutely no compassion and no integrity. When you actually work and provide your best self to them and the company they dismiss you, they seem to promote the people who do nothing and punish the people who actually work. I was lucky enough to have a few direct supervisors who were great but other than that this company as a whole is beyond toxic. Stay away, very far away!!!!!!

Managed and worked in the Day Program for 9 years was let go while out on FMLA due to a missed training on relias which was completed but the system surprisingly did not recordπ€π. I complained all throughout covid which they ignored several mandated health regulations and supplied the YADP with horrible staff.Nepotism from Leadership like Cyrus hiring his family and friends and ignoring complaints about them was plain unlawful

I was hired here , did my training then worked a few nights . I do not recommend this company ! They make you do the training on your own time for relias without pay . Then i had trouble getting my pay check from them ! My first 2 pay checks i had to call and ask them to print me out one because i never received payments and another was just never given to me hopefully i donβt have to call the labor board

I worked for cri for 4 yrs,yes, got hurt on the job,they instead of backed up a great employee, they let me go.i recently applied again,I actually had my screening done and sounded pretty promising, guess what no call back.they cry they're short staffed,have someone that's will to work.hmmmm.they don't do right by their worker's

Agreed 100% with you but yes this same individual is still there at CRI. The company could do much better with fresher HR leadership there. Current HR leadership doesn't have the right qualifications or people skills which are needed for the job. The current HR leadership for CRI is too focused on business results instead of proper people management operations. That would explain all the bad reviews on Google by some of their employees including my daughter who used to work here.
Yes sometimes there was abuse. Lots of staff burned out and takes it out on the kids. Upper management doesn't care. Doesn't realize how this high burn out makes the staff snap on the kids and become to violent.
