It is a great environment for kids, just don't plan on eating there unless you have a few hours and you enjoy cold food because the food service is the worst I've seen.
Kids can go. There is an age restriction after 10pm on weekends.

Oh ya. I think there are times it adults only but you can check out their website or call. Other than that kids can go. They have a kids menu too.
