I had to work with these machines also and they break easily. For us everytime we cleaned them something would break. So on the bright side they clean their machines regularly. I am sure management is tired of dealing with broken equipment . However they have other options and the venue is really nice.
Have you ever used one of those yogurt machines they break down a lot I used to work for an all-you-can-eat restaurant but if that was the only thing you could find wrong with Cobb theater it's a fabulous movie theater I go at least once a week
