How does this Vienna IL McDonald's even stay open? THEY are slow, dirty, and have very poor service. They can't get an order right,can't keep the tea and condiment dispensers full, and can't seem to care!

I don't go to that McDonald's often. I live in Metropolis. Sounds like the Board of Health needs to get involved.
