Visiting the Shawnee Forest area and stopped in for lunch. Excellent food! Great burger! Tried the krinkle fries, onion rings and cheese curds too. Everything was good. We want to come back! Also have kind, friendly, welcoming and warm hearted hospitality.

Great place, very friendly workers... Very reasonable on prices.... 🍟 R cook perfect.. hamburger was very good with coleslaw on it... Yummy u won't regret it.

This place is a local treasure, I can't say enough about how much I liked the entire place. You come in and it's a real step back to yesteryear diners. Family owned and ran. Everything was excellent, especially the service which is rare these days. They have handmade shakes/malts, classic burgers on the flat top and fries the way they should be, nice and crisp unlike the soggy disappointment you get at chain restaurants. The relish for the burgers is tasty, nice and fresh crisp taste. Really, this is a fantastic place that are harder and harder to find. The mom and son out front taking orders and sending out food, very pleasant and efficient. The dad was the cook, from what he was efficient but also not sacrificing quality, a good balance rarely done by most places. My first time here but they treat you like your coming to their home for a meal and the regulars that came in the knew by name. I'll definitely be back, places like this need to be supported and encouraged. Great job!

We went during lunch and this place was busy!! We did have to wait a few minutes - but our order was made fresh, it wasn't sitting there cold -- so well worth the few minutes! The food (triple cheese burger, grilled cheese, chicken strips, fries, fried pickles, and spicy curds) was very good - and fresh as previously mentioned! The owners and staff were very attentive and kind! Will definitely go back!
