Yes they are the same Hospital. They got bought out but tried to keep the name similar. I'm not sure about how many beds there are? Sorry.
Yes. They changed ownership to be part of Medical City. Not sure on the bed count, but if I remember correctly its 4 four floors with maybe 45 rooms per floor but that's really a guess.
