What are hours/shifts like? # of hours, days per week? Fixed or rotating/alternating shifts? If shifts change, how long are you on before switching? Breaks? Required apparel, PPE, sanitary items, equipment to be worn?

Well all of that depends on the dept you are working in. For the most part the schedule is set except for the weekends. Sometimes you have to work the weekends. Still depending on the dept you are working in and even if you are in production the weekends depend on what line you are working on. Some departments require 12 hr shifts but most are 8 hr shifts. They provide all your ppe. Steel toe boots, safety glasses, and clothes. They provide everything you need to do your job whatever dept you are in. Personally I enjoy working there.
