Im not sure what you mean? If you are talking about able to be used by disabled people I would say yes. I do not believe they have a way to reserve said pool areas. Also, A very short question if possible can you elaborate?
Not sure what you mean by disable pool passes. You just pay a fee for the day. $10.00 and less for Seniors I believe.
