I've never had any problems contacting them. Check their hours of operation carefully when you call. You should be able to get through. Great place, excellent service, no complaints here.
They open at 9:30 on Friday I can only imagine if they were open when you called it could have been busy. I have probably called them a literal 1000 times and either Robert or Jose always answer.

Yvette is right, but it is worth trying to call again because they are great. They fixed my computer and they are very honest.
This is a very small computer place of 2-3 staff any given day. I would make sure you are calling within the hours of operation & stay away from lunch times.
