Employees need to be trained to make sure the coffee cup lids are on tighly. Two separate occasions the employee has burnt my hand and spilled coffee all down the side of my car in the drive through.

I can't say because the last few times I've been there was at breakfast and I got coffee which was good. I can't remember the last time that I was there and got pop instead of coffee so hard to say.
I do not drink tea, but the pop is definitely weak.
Love the sweet tea but the coke mixture ia a little off.

Yes you are correct about the pop in Bethel, and their sweet tea has way too much sugar.
