Great service ,friendly staff, and great food . My only complaint if you could call it that is when they close different times one day they close at 7-8pm an the next day they would be closed at 6pm or 7pm you never really know what time they close but I’m told it’s due to being short staffed and I do understand that.

This is the worst place to eat. Like what is going on in there where is the managers at like you guys should be disappointed to even say you work at McDonald’s especially when it’s really not that hard to make a sandwich like you guys have pictures telling you how to make it do you guys need like pop up books or something because I’m sure they could probably help everyone with that inside the restaurant pop-up book is what it might take For everyone to understand how to make a sandwich could even watch SpongeBob and figure it out it’s really not that hard this is the worst McDonald’s in Clermont county

Never had this issue at any McDonald's. I used to work at one and dont see why this was such an issue.. was refused a BBQ sauce because we didn't order nuggets. People dip their fries and I use it on chicken sandwiches.. Sauces aren't just reserved for one thing. Every McDonald's I have ever been too does not mind doing this. I try to be understanding but the only reason I can see this being a issue is if they suddenly start charging for a single sauce or someone just didn't want to grab it. Also, one of my orders was charged for a large but got a medium.

This is just down right disgusting the meat wasn't even cooked all the way. I called them and told them about it they said they would give me another sandwich whenever I came back in, well a couple days later I went to get it and they said they didn't know what I was talking about and denied me my free sandwich. Horrible service the manager was so rude, she was even rude to her employees. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING HERE.. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN I WOULDN'T WANT MY KIDS EATING FOOD THAT'S NOT PROPERLY COOKED!!!
