As someone in the interior design business, the entire industry is experiencing a tremendous surge of activity due to people staying home and wanting to make changes while in lockdown. There are many items on backorder that are further complicated by trucking and logistical issues. I have purchased from NEFD and experienced this as well. The best any company can do, since there is so much that is out of their control, is to keep you informed of the delays as soon as they know about them. Sorry for the bad news, I know it is extremely frustrating!
I ordered in July and am still waiting for my cabinets and now they are saying that my rollout shelves I specifically requested were not included. Did you ever get your cabinets?
