Would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered 2 chairs online. They said they would contact me to schedule a pickup. I was never contacted. I emailed and never got a response, I call numerous times and no one picked up. I checked my credit card statement and I was refunded for the purchase. AT THE VERY LEAST, YOU SHOULD CALL, APOLOGIZE, AND THEN ISSUE THE REFUND IF YOU CANNOT FULFILL AN ORDER. Terrible customer service. Trash company.

I've gotten furniture from this place in the past with no problem. It's been a few years and recently picked out some furniture I liked and had it delivered. The next day after delivery I went to the store to try to pair an ottoman I had looked at. Crazy thing was the furniture that I picked out was no lo nger on the floor. I thought nothing of it. The next day it dawned on me that they sold me the floor set and not brand new furniture. I specifically asked the sales associate if this furniture was in stock and she said yes. I called the store and they said they would check into it. I waited 10 minutes then I went back to the store and low and behold they sold me the floor model now if they could have gotten away with it they would have. Furthermore everyone knows if it's the last one the price would be negotiable. With covid and everything else going on they did this which is bad for business. So buyers beware they will sell you the floor model if they can get away with it. They wanted me to pick something else I had them pick that furniture up and I'll never do business with them again
Take a Break
I was happy with the items we picked out but after a few days each piece that I purchased started to get scratches from regular surface items. I can barely put a plate on my dinner table without a scratch coming on the paint. I had the furniture for 2 months and the painting on every surface of furniture that I purchased is of poor quality. I’m disappointed at the wear of the everything. Also the foot rest on bench that came with a set broke because it was not on correctly Very disappointed.

Hello Karen, Pick-up's are Monday - Friday 11-6pm. We do have Saturday pick-ups but only by appointment.
