my phone was dropped. i was told 75 to replace the screen.i did and still cant get it to work.is it fixable.can u reset the factory settings?set a new password

If the phone is less that a year old and apple does the replacement they will swap out for a new phone if it will not boot up. But they charge $150 for screen replacement
