Extremely poor customer service experience. Brought my mentee in for an eye exam and we received less than stellar service..no eye contact, brushed us off. Why all because she doesn't have private insurance?? Does it matter...

Terrible Customer service by the front desk. I arrived 30 mins early to my appointment, But the guy instead of confirming my insurance info told me at the appointment time that if I wanted them to call the insurance I had to reschedule my appointment. Wasted my time completely coming here. And last year they messed up my husbands glasses.
