No it don't most forever21 stores don't.. Only online.. I should know I've been to many different stores and they don't have plus size clothes again only online.. Ok and am a 18/20 plus size woman
Yes it does. There nice styles, i often find myself saying " why dosent this come in my size." And finding matching items even for plus size is easy here
