I do not no
I've been to several locations that have the flag, and a couple that do not. I wouldnt word it as refusing to have the flag. It's not as though it's anything required to be done. Or they've been asked and out right said no. One of the great things about being an American is freedom of choice. Maybe they chose not to. Or possibly it's been damaged and they are waiting for a new one? I believe I've actually seen they do have a flag pole. Either in front by McDonald's or in the yard area on the right side of the building.
If the corporation were to provide the funds for a flag pole and flag, I'm sure they would fly it. I'm more concerned about the corporation not allowing the employees to work a 40 hour week so they can get benefits and making enough money to have a decent life rewarded to them for the hard work that they do. The management is under a lot of pressure to keep payroll low even if it means providing poor service. So the management has to do a balancing act between payroll budgets and quality of service. In the meantime employees can't even get decent income and benefits.
I thought I saw the flag flying high. I'll respond ASAP.
I don't know I don't know the answer to that question either but I never really paid attention
