Is there a service charge to see what's going on with my radio sometimes I start my 2013 Toyota the screen turns white then it turns to normal screen.

Diagnostic is $105 however, if you choose to do service, this will apply to the cost of service. Diagnostic would require a tech to actually take a look at the issue in the shop. Stop by the service lane and a service advisor could do a simple diagnostic/advise with a rough estimate of service costs at no charge.

And its a $105 to diagnose issue not 120
