Since they apparently do not answer their phones, do they have an email or another way to contact them? I'm looking to speak to a woman named Megan immediately. My sister has been attempting to reach out for months now! Quite unprofessional!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately it's just her so she is very busy. Call first thing. She is there every day. Or go down there. I have called many times and got her 70% of the time. Leave a message and she will get back to you.

I currently live in North Carolina and cannot afford to fly up to apparently knock on the office door, and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't appreciate what I have to say in regards of attempting to bury my father's ashes!
