The worst thing ever. I went in there for an interview for a graphic design position. The lady I interviewed with said that she would talk to her supervisors and bring me in for a second interview within 2 weeks. Well not only had it been longer than a month, but I've been lied to (they told me that the lady I Interviewd with was no longer with them, when the said that she's unavailable before.) I've also been hung up on, and the person on the phone gave me one hell of an attitude once...and it's at this point that I wonder is it even worth calling anymore?

** UPDATE - 10/29 ** I was contacted by their customer feedback support people. They did not read any of the reviews so I explained everything again in an email.. then was told someone would reach out. No one ever did. So that’s that. Terrible Experience. I spent MONTHS trying to work with this particular Robert Half after getting a great referral from a good friend. my situation was very unique and my time was very precious and I felt like they ignored that. I drove three hours for the interview with Victoria.. Which IMO went so well. She likes my experience and offered me to meet with the Graphic Design team. I got sort of a job offer from that department within Robert Half which I was very interested in.. I went all the way home and then got emails and job descriptions and information and all this stuff and then I ended up playing this horrible horrible game of phone tag with them. No one would answer my phone calls back, I always left messages and emails. I was always very kind and forgiving, and every time I called? Of course someone was on lunch or not there! It was just a very very bad experience. I worked with Victoria who was very nice but at the same time I felt like I was not important.. maybe because of my experience level but at the same time you offer a service you need to follow through with that service and if it’s not right you need to say something. After weeks of trying to get through to the manager that offered me the position they rescinded their offer with a very long voicemail from his little assistant or whatever. He had her doing his dirty work it was obvious. Then I found myself back at square one. I would reach back out to Victoria she would have a job for me put my resume in and then she wouldn’t talk to me about it there were no updates there were no phone calls I would have to reach out to her to find out what’s the status. It’s just not....I don’t recommend it PERIODT. If you need something done right you just have to do it yourself. End of story. Never again.

Shocked at the reviews. This is my second time dealing with them and they have been awesome in helping me land stable work. The only reason why I lost my last job was due to lay offs; nothing to do with Officeteam. Within a week span, I landed another job where I can see myself remaining at. I vouch for this agency! Other agencies have been nothing but shady but out of good grace, I won't mention the two that I felt could care less about job seekers. One kept promising me jobs only to "rescind the offer". I can maybe understand one time but several times?!? So I totally recommend Robert Half!

HORRIBLE experience. They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate towards the prospects they reel in. Agencies like this are a waste of decent job seekers' time and energy. They wasted days of my time, and never even had the decency to give me a callback with results or explanations. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to anyone for anything....EVER.
