6 months to 12 years old but I don't recommend you use them. I had given my weekly payment to start my one year old and just had a bad feeling. There was room for her when I was told there was, and the gentleman I dealt with was unsure of what was going on there and no information was offered up about the program. If I didn't ask any questions they would have just accepted my money without filling me in on anything. I went back for my money and decided I didn't want the headache. Please they have not so good reviews.
