I am a patient at this facility, have been for a few years now. And I've noticed lately the nurses at the front are highly rude and disrespectful. I made a visit today and I was told I'm too early for my shot. However, the nurse I saw last time gave me a paper instructing me when to come back. I came back TWICE this week, only to find they were closed on Memorial Day (to be fair, there was no signage about it) and I was told I'm too early for the shot today. I tried to explain to the nurse about the confusion only for her to talk over me, cut me off and repeat the same sentences. The second nurse greeted me, only to ignore me and give me a sour look when asked by her colleague if she (the second nurse) is helping me. It is not the first time I have experienced trouble with this shot because of the nurses. I highly dislike wasting money on trips that were unnecessary, and I highly dislike how the nurses feel they can treat a patient poorly, or be selective with who they treat kindly vs. who they are rude to. I'm not against a person having a bad day, but the nurses temperament towards me in the last couple of years is highly uncalled for.
