You don't need permission you just have to arrive early cause it gets crowded
Yes they have 2 barbecue areas in the back of the park.,its the woodchipoed areas that has red cans for the coal in them. First Come first serve or course permited parties get priority.

Yes you can. You'll need to check with park officials, because some spots are reserved.
