Some shows require 1 or 2 drink minimum, is it ok to order non-alcoholic drinks to respect some guests in recovery? Or, can other members of the party drink the drink on their behalf to protect sobriety?

If it's busy, they don't care about the drink minimum. I think the rule is more for people who are sitting at tables and not buying anything.

Totally. They don't strictly enforce the rule like a cabaret. More than enough drinks are sold. You can order soads.
