So that's your answer to a customer complaint?!! I thought the customer was always right! Even if that's not the case why would you defend a cashier? Do you want business? Or keep a rude cashier??a a bad say!! What about the customers always right??
I'm sorry to hear that, but bad days happen. It's not far to the one on the recieving end, so just let it roll off you back like a duck in water.
Maybe they were just having a bad day we all have them you got to remember the cashier's or human too
