I was well guided by Desiree Vilanova in choosing Heritage Waterside for my aging parents’ assisted living residence. The facility is very well managed. My questions and requests are answered quickly. The COVID-19 pandemic has been expertly handled, with precautions proactively put in place. The residence is very attractive in a beautiful setting, kept immaculately clean by caring staff. My parents have been pleased with the quality of meals served. I am pleased with the degree of safety assisted living has provided my parents. While they lived independently in their own home well into old age, they became less able to manage activities of daily living. Their decision to move to Heritage Waterside has met their needs and enabled my family to better care for them and enjoy with them this time in their lives.

Heritage Waterside has been a blessing for our family and I can’t recommend them highly enough. When my 96-year-old dad started to fall and need additional help in his day to day activities, a friend recommended the Heritage. Dad was reluctant to move (probably due to a preconceived notion of what assisted living facilities were like decades ago), but once he took the tour and saw his unit, he embraced every aspect of AL. From the staff, who truly care, the meals in the restaurant, and all the activities, they make every resident live a life filled with dignity and independence in a safe environment. We couldn’t be happier!

She lived in another state for 10 years at another assisted living and I can't believe she has nothing to say but great things about Heritage Waterside! I have experienced the same awesome, loving, caring, warm staff when I visit! The food is so delicious and always consistent in quality and taste. All of the staff are truly like family and good friends! Nurse manager and head Administrator are included in all the greatness of the facility, they go the extra mile to do whatever it takes to make all things flow perfectly! this is truly one of a kind! love this place!
