There are consistently issues at this location, especially the last few weeks. I just tried the drive thru (7:15 pm on a Saturday)...the menu was unlit, there was a huge line & I was told that they're "no longer making shakes". Umm, what?

I sat in a very lengthy line last week- literally 30 minutes (I actually would've just left but I had already ordered). The sign wasn't lit then either & I pointed it out to them because I couldn't see the board to order. I assumed it hadn't yet been changed to accommodate the time change. I didn't order a shake so I've not any idea about that.

I tried going there this past Wed. dinnertime. There was a note taped to the drive thru speaker that they couldn't do drive thru, carryout or shakes. There was only 1 worker inside. What's going on there? The one at Cave Springs is terribly overcrowded now.
