The worst experience. I asked for extra sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets and my fries, was given absolutely NONE. No sauce whatsoever. It “was not ready” so we pulled around, waited for ten minutes, then was served COLD food. From the nuggets, to the fries, to the mcchickens it was cold and stale as though it had been sitting out. Will never be returning and prob not going to McDonald’s at all anymore after how this experience went.

This location is a consistent disaster and can not, under and circumstance, make a plain hamburger. The easiest thing in the world. You can tell them and tell them and tell them, literally four times when you order and it's guaranteed to be wrong. Then they accuse and blame you, like socialists hamburger patrol.

Ordered the wrong drink on the mobile app in error and offered to pay for the one I meant to order. The manager let me keep both hot and iced peppermint mochas and I just thought how he handled it was so nice, personable and sincere! Thank you so much again for being so kind and professional! Update: the hot mocha code was delicious, but the whipped cream was over filled and it popped and splattered all over me so I was frustrated 😠 but luckily i was going home to shower, otherwise, it would have been a disaster bc it was all over my pants too
