The veggie burger is vegan, it is mostly barley, mushrooms and onions. You can absolutely get our salads without animal products. We make all of our salad dressings and the white balsamic vinegarette is vegan or other dressings do have cream/ buttermilk/mayo. We do not at this time offer a vegan cheese. Our barley bowl is also vegan it is tuxedo barley with roasted butternut squash, kale, pomegranate and a house made 2 seed brittle. Thank you for your interest hope to see you soon.
