Parking is off of Carpenter and the county fair pricing has been $5 for main parking and $10 for premium (near the ticket/entrance gate) The concert should be similar but check the Facebook site. No idea aboyt the tailgating. Enjoy the concert!
Usally where you park depends on the events and they put up signs to direct you and the cost to park also depends on the event sometimes there is a 10 dollar fee for the car shows and stuff look it up on the site on the web
