There is about 12 camps that they do live there and we are one now
People do stay there. They is only electric at the front camps. You can have solar or run on generators. You'll need 4WD. People do have animals out there. Its all dirt trails.
There's a lot of mud and water also.
More for atv riding, hunting. You can set up solar panels. Most use generators. Some old retired folks stay there full time. But for most this is just recreational property.
There is no electricity out there everything runs on a generator to the people that have a small campsite out there... I don't think it's quite what you're looking for
