Unfortunately, no the state of Colorado does not allow any pets and or emotional support dogs into any restaurant in the state. We do not have an accommodating patio that is suitable either.
Golden Block does not have a spot for dogs, but Avalanche Brewing has a spot where you can tie Fido up while you grab a beer. Definitely check out Golden Block while you are in town though. Floyd's Brown is one I always bring home in a growler or crowler. Cheers.
