I would give the beautiful little campground 5 stars but for two things… it’s near to the Highway thus you get traffic noise and most sites are a bit close to each other. Other than that - oh Wow! A very pretty lake with many water side shady spots. Right along the Colorado trail for hiking, excellent facilities with a camp store and hot showers, but mostly the most wonderful camp managers ever! Kayaks for rent, fishing, paddle boarding. Close to Silverton. Highly recommend for families. No big RVs and a lot of tent only sites.

Terrible campground! Host rude. Site was super rocky and should of not been for tent..No TP EVER! What amenities? water all the way up front! Wont ever be back..Mineral campground way nicer! one bathroom for entire loop

We only went here to SUP on the lake, did not camp here. SUP rental was great & very reasonable, paddled for an hour on the beautiful lake. If we were camping we both agreed we would love to camp here!

5 star location and view. Three stars for campground. One! pit toilet served 25 campsites. They give you one roll of tp when you check in, oddest thing ever. Campsites were extremely close in many cases. Photo is ada site.

Yes, I believe they have one. You can always call the campground and ask them. They are really nice people.
There's parking on site to hike or bike. So yes there's parking there.
Unsure about anything horses. I'd find a Silverton number. Park service or someone local in the know. Good luck
