When u scrap your ex-vehicle do u have to have the title? Or can u have recent insurance and registration in your name for that vehicle?

Thank you for your inquiry and no, you do not need the title, if you are the registered owner. Please note that there will be a $12 fee deducted from your payment for a derelict title which we must process with the DMV.
