I'm giving 4 stars for Whispering Oaks Apartments in Starke, FL. Since being taken over they FINALLY got a pair of ladies in the office that actually listen to the tenant. They are trying and doing their best to make it more of a community. I've seen first hand that Jennifer (Manager) & Liz (Assistant) both are working hard to get the apartments updated, pool fixed, cleaning of all areas, interacting with tenants and helping. You couldn't ask for a better pair of Landlords! Thank you for all that you do and have done since taking over!!!!

Roaches can get through cracks in the kitchens & bathrooms being that it wasn’t built in correctly. It would be nicer if the kitchen & bathrooms didn’t have cracks that roaches can crawl through, they are too cheap to fix the problem so they have pest control come & only makes it worse seems like. They only care about the outside of the apartments, it takes them forever to fix something inside your apartment. As long as they are getting your rent money they don’t care about solving issues inside your apartment!
