Is there fishing spots there?

My big dog loves to swim in the Potomac River from the Maryland side, North of Seneca. Are their any spots along the bank in Riverbend park trails where my dog could Wade in the River, on leash of course.

As such no fishing point but people do fishing at wall like dam wall

There are several places along the river, would also suggest asking at the visitors center.

Might be possible, however the spot I visited in Jan. no one was fishing there as it's winter, please do check with the office for particular fishing spots, have fun
