Will coming to visit soon; coming from St. Louis up 55, If I exit, exit 41 and travel up 66 to Exit 52 is that the location of the museum?

Yes 55 to exit 52, then east on 16 to old Route 66, turn right and its a modern white building on the left. Litchfield Museum and Route 66 Welcome Center, 334 Historic Old Route 66 North, Litchfield, IL 62056

The Museum is on Historic Old Route 66. From Frontage road(66) turn right at stoplight by Ariston. Go to next light (on other side of Arisyon) and turn right again(going back south). The museum is 1 block down..across from Jubelts. And just fyi..both the Ariston and Jubelts are good places to eat. Hope this helps.
