I would say it depends on the event organizer and whether or not it's an officially sanctioned event. 10 dollars unsanctioned 20 dollars if actually accessing the stadium for an event. 20 plus dollars seems to be the going rate in DC now days for event parking.
I'm not sure how much parking is, because it's metro accessible for me.

I went on a motorcycle, so they allowed me to park for free. I feel like I saw a sign for $20 to park, but am unsure.
