Venkat is such a great person that he took time and explained me the process very well, not only that he did not talk about any obligation to register or anything, I am really impressed with his knowledge and guidance. Thank you so much Venkat/VisaPro.

Absolutely terrible, CANNOT recommend! I was applying for an E-2-visa and it was a pretty easy case I'd say but the process took forever which has cost us several thousand dollars. While working with Visa Pro, I had to write 22(!) follow-up emails - only counting emails where THEY have told me they would call me or send an email by a specific date but failed to do so. On May 28, I was told that they have all the information needed from me and they will give me further information by the end of the week. Then, everyone basically disappeared - I wrote emails, called, left voicemails, nothing. 6 weeks later, my paralegal's boss said he's very sorry and knows this is unacceptable but his team did literally nothing in the meantime. I am still speechless about this degree of unreliability and unprofessionalism and have never experienced such a disastrous communication in my entire life, let alone by a law firm. I paid this law firm several thousands of dollars to lose several thousands of dollars because of them - on an easy case. GO WITH ANOTHER LAW FIRM!

We just got my wife's visa for residency in the US.!!!! Great experience all round, from the initial eval/interview call with Ancy and being walked through the whole process with Pam. It took a while, but bearing in mind the immigration forms changed a couple of time through the process, and then COVID forced the immigration offices, embassy and VisaPro to close - it was faster than I had hoped. Would recommend.

Visapro were thorough professionals through out. Ancy and Pam specifically were always available for their clients. They are highly knowledgable in their field and I would recommend them to everyone.

Generally speaking, UN agencies process the visas directly with the US Consulates in the applicant’s respective country. If you need help, please feel free to contact us through our website at www.visapro.com

How much do I need to file Form 1-129, petition for non immigrant worker with the U.S citizenship and immigration services on my behalf for the procurement of a H-3 visa from the U.S embassy in my country of residence?

The Form I-129 filing fee is currently $460. The I-129 must be approved by USCIS before the visa appointment can be made at the US Consulate.
