First come, first served. They don’t take reservations.
We walked in and sat at their huge bar and had drinks while we waited for a table. The bar staff are really friendly and are always ready for conversation. So make it an adventure and experience everything you'll be happy you did.
You can do both depends on what you want to do. We walked in with no problem
