Yes there are empty spaces next to seats for wheelchairs and I'm pretty sure one can transfer to a seat without a problem if one we're so inclined.

Yes. Hopefully you're asking because it's needed for someone, not to earn money by bringing a lawsuit against the theatre like what's happening around town. Also, the bathrooms are handicap and there are ramps.
