There are 2 types: We have our swamp passports that include general admission with boat excursion for half price. We have the for individual, couple, family, grandparent, etc. Or you can join our OSPrey Society Donor group which also includes inclusive boat/general passes along with many other perks.
It does say there's a "refuge specific" annual pass for personal non commercial vehicles entering Okefenokee NWR. Cost is $15.
