Did you get a postcard from the Duval County Tax Collector advising U that you could not renew your License on line?
I was told I couldn't make an appointment when I walked in for a driver licence renewal... I had to come back as a walk in the next day. However there were people there who had appointments. I assume it was allowed for other services... This is all Covid precautions. Cannot wait inside.
You can schedule an appointment on our website at www.duvaltaxcollect.net. However, appointments are not required.
