If I purchase a car that was brought from this auction through a dealer shouldn't there be a title? If not how long does it take to obtain one?

Obviously there will be a title, when the dealer is paid, just make sure that the car didn't come from the flood zone of southern Texas, lift the carpet look for rust, open the trunk pull the spare tire and look for rust in the spare tire tray, keep your 'nose up' , the smell of dirty water is definitely noticeable, I've transported some of those cars to the east coast, dealers will try to clean them up and sell them, be very weary, any car that's been flooded will have serious electrical issues, not immediately but soon after, I wouldn't buy a used car at this time except from someone's lawn....grandma or grandpa's car or estate sale

All cars that are sold at the auction must have a title, if you don't, don't buy it.
