Just went there and pick up to go the chicken strip meal for 2 with a side of biscuits and dricks the wait was longer than I expected and got home no biscuits ...I've called and called no answer why is there a phone in the rest and no one answers ...

The best time to call is about 9:30 or 10 in the morning before they open if you did not get something they will fix it ,I know for a fact they don't just not answer the phone

I've experienced the same thing on a couple of occasions with this branch.

The one on Merrill Rd is very poorly staffed from the min they open til time they close. It is filthy, staff is rude. They will NOT answer.

They are very busy it's lunch... Sorrybabout biscuits they will answer though

They are too busy eating biscuits to answer.
