Lorena, im sorry to hear that you had a bad experience st that Friday's. I've dined there many times. All it takes is one bad experience to kill any business, especially a restaurant. I recommend contacting their corporate office via Social Media to provide feedback about your experience. Believe me, you'll get a response. I had a similar experience which was addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. We're all entitled to World-Class customer service at all times. Wouldnt you agree? I hope this helps. 😎☺️

My experience was not good either; we didn't have a waitress assigned to us so the manager took our order & the food was not good at all.
Definitely would not recommend this place
