I've always found them to be very friendly and go above and beyond for us. If you have a complaint about someone in particular, I'm sure the office would like to know.
They definitely do work long hours!
Never had that problem. In fact it's the complete opposite. They're extremely friendly and helpful. People have bad days but I've never seen it there. Definitely let someone in management know if there's an issue.
