If they have discounts on birthday do it but make sure you get separate bills to be able to get the discount.
Not sure. You would have to ask them. I only recommend that you go some place else. Had a bad take out experience. Unfortunately it followed a good experience. The chef had a bad day? Why should he take it out on me. It will be awhile before I go back!
