Does anyone else have an issue with the carwash losing their keys? Friend has been without a car on vacation the last 5 days because they gave the key away to someone else. Any ideas what to do? This place is giving us a run around and I am tired

I'm curious because it's a stand alone car wash that you stay in your car and are pulled through. No one has ever asked for my keys. Outside there are plenty of vacuums that are operated by you, the car owner...still should have your keys.

No idea. Sorry to hear about your situation. It only shows that's its family owned. No particular person stands out. Did you look at the contract for your car? Sometimes key replacement is included. I hope you get sorted out however. Sorry I can't be of more help.
